This poster is a representative of the use of neutral colors grey, white and black. We see not only very interesting idea of saving wild life but also how the colors were perfectly chosen. I think since this is a sensitive issue, colors are not event necessary and it is well thought to play with different intensities of the same color. Since we see an elephant and elephant is in color grey, it is well decided to play with grey color. It brings some professional look and seriousness into the poster. Imagine being poster colorful, it woudn't be perceived the same way.
This add is a very vibrant one since it uses bright colors. By looking at such poster we feel good, happy...At least I feel that way. The add wouldn't bring the same effect if it was black and white. Since Hello Kitty is oriented toward the youth, color usage is essential. The younger you are , the more attracted by colors you are. And since I consider myself being young, this definitely catches my attention.
