Week 11: Reiter

I personally think that Ticketmaster is extremely easy to use and is really good at catering to your personal needs. The site is very simple with only 5 tabs which makes it extremely easy. The tabs are things like music, sports, and theatre. Under each tab you can choose what kind of music you like, what sports team or sport, etc. To make it even easier there is a bar at the top that searches for any event you want tickets to and then presents that artists and gives you all tour dates, or all games that season. Ticketmaster also saves all your information so buying tickets is almost too easy. It also remembers where you are from so for example, I am from Denver. When I clicked on the sports page tickets for the Colorado Rockies came up and then when I went to the homepage tickets for the Outlaws lacrosse games were featured. The ads were also specific to Denver. They also have a little box off on the right that is called my ticketmaster. It features artists that you have looked up in the past. Everything is placed very easily and where your eyeball is naturally drawn. Popular bands are on the left, and then in a middle is a picture with ticket information above. The links are very clear and tell you right where it is going to take you. I think that the people who designed ticketmaster did a very good job because despite all the information it holds, it is very easy to find and navigate.
