This is the website of Penn Relays competitions for track. I think it is organized pretty well since you have the bars on the top which info that you might want to look for - results, schedule etc. Under the bars, you have the links of important events such as live results or live video. A lot of people would be looking for that in internet so it elevates their search. There is also a promotion of feature track events on TV with the dates and times given. There is a news section following the links. They are wisely separated since competitions is combined of different age divisions- high school, college. They are put is different columns so that you can see the latest updates of the events just on the front page. You can also see preview and featured information which might be catching attention and might be interesting to know. They give some extra information of the best events or famous athletes who will compete. I thinks this hierarchy works well in finding relevant info. It took couple seconds for me to find what results I needed.
